Does this sound like you?
Yeah, me too... And I've got over 10 years of experience with tools that help.
I'm an autistic-ADHD somatic practitioner and changemaker with a comprehensive, neuroscience-informed system to regulate your nervous system, develop body awareness, recover from and prevent burnout, and help you live your best neurodivergent life.
- You need support connecting to what an authentic 'yes' and 'no' feels like in your body, with all the gradients in between
- You get sensory overwhelm just from existing, let alone all the things you need to do in life
- Your body feels stiff, painful, or just difficult
- You don't realize you're in pain or out of spoons until after the fact and you need to learn to stop before it's too much
- Your mind is scattered, frantic, staticky, or jumbled and you need it to quiet down so you can think clearly (yes, you've tried meditation. no, it doesn't work for you.)
- You feel everyone else's feelings & needs so loudly you don't know how you feel or what you need.
- You need support that understands all your interrelated identities and challenges (systems thinking, root solutions, intersectionality)
- You're super sensitive, in burnout, or hypermobile and you need help that won't make things worse
- You need support from who understands because they've been through it, and has real knowledge & solutions to offer--not someone who uses "neurodivergent-friendly" as a buzzword
- You also need support with your collection of challenges or diagnoses: EDS, POTS, ME/CFS, AFRID, anxiety, depression, ADHD, (c)PTSD, chronic fatigue, burnout, long covid, asthma, PMS/PMDD, ...

Learn to trust your body’s intelligence.
Your nervous system already knows how to learn and self-organize. You don’t have to force change through willpower or effort. When we create the conditions for learning, the learning happens on its own. You can relax control, learn to trust yourself, and discover that ease, not effort, leads to improvement.
Utilize the innate intelligence of your nervous system to effortlessly learn at your own pace in your own time through curiosity, pleasure, & play. Improvements appear spontaneously throughout your daily life

I was amazed by the simple and accessible approach Alex took in her Feldenkrais sessions. I have been healing rheumatoid arthritis for 18.5 years and was amazed to find more comfort and ease in my body after working with Alex. I felt celebrated to come as I was and felt very met in that place, and always looked forward to the next session!" - Alegra-Ray, Farmer, Dancer, & Death Doula

For more than a decade my body’s been in pretty immense disrepair. It seems so obvious to me now—having had the opportunity to learn about Feldenkrais from [Alex] who’s quite demonstratively a skilled practitioner—but I’d never thought about repairing that body by mending its relationship with the world that keeps it aloft. The whole of what keeps one standing is a pattern of interactions too often taken for granted, and Feldenkrais can undoubtedly play a pivotal role in re-establishing the lines of flight a body follows on the way to reconciliation and relaxation. It’s a mesmerizing blend of subtlety and mindfulness. I’m sure I’d be in an impossibly different place without it." - Jim

"When touching I seek nothing from the person I touch; I only feel what the touched person needs... whether [they] know it or not, and what I can do at that moment to make the person feel better."

Alex (they/she) is a queer, disabled, autistic-ADHD Feldenkrais® Practitioner with lived experience of plenty of health issues. Late-identified at age 30, Alex is a lifelong learner and voracious reader, feels most at home barefoot in the forest, and loves to sing, dance, and move.
One of the biggest ways this work has helped me: Developing embodied self-trust that I know how I feel and what I need, in the moment, because I've done the work to calibrate my sensory awareness. (Letting go of self-doubt & gaslighting; improving self-advocacy). I became better aware of & able to articulate my feelings & needs in-the-moment in difficult situations or with challenging people |
I'm deeply grateful to have experienced both large group and private lessons led by Alex. As a group facilitator, Alex brings an inspiring level of clarity, curiosity, inclusivity and invitation. With skill and humility, she holds compassionate space for all bodies. One-on-one Alex made me feel comfortable to share vulnerably about my body's conditions and my own inquiries. I was able to relax on a profound level and gained new perspectives about my body and personal story. Alex is overflowing with cultivated gifts, and she applies those gifts skillfully to serve whoever she is working with - I can't wait to work with her again." - Kasey, Experimental Performer, Community Organizer, and Activist |
Alex is wonderful! The movement for social & ecological healing needs somatic practitioners like Alex!!" |
"I do not treat patients. I give lessons to help a person learn about [themself]... because I believe that learning is the most important thing for a human being. Learning should be a pleasant, marvelous experience."

“Genius, of the magnitude possessed by Moshe Feldenkrais, defies categorization… He could function at the highest level in nuclear physics, as a martial artist, as an inventor, as a developer of top-secret counterespionage projects, and as one of the most prescient observers of neuroscience.”
